Still a fat boy

I have had a fairly disasterous start to my weight loss campaign.

Contrary to the plan, I only counted my calories for three days in the week. I had chocolate. Lots of it. Twice. A had a little cheese too,but nothing to feel bad about. I went to gym only twice this week (instead of the four required). And I did not walk any material amount at all.

Is this due to lack of will-power. Probably. Having a partner who is not on the plan does not help. Getting home late from work does not help.

Still, excuses are like butt-holes: we all have them and they all stink. So I will persevere with the original course of action., , , , , , , ,
