28 days - The half way point

I am half way through the challenge and I don't think I am doing so well.

In referencing The Rules, this week I have done well on the front of not eating nuts or chocolate (damn that cheese ... I can't resist!). I have done well in just about walking as often as I should. And I have resisted the urge to jump on the scales.

There is more downside, though. The big one being that I have not been calorie counting. So I can only guess that have done the right thing in that regard this week.

Living with someone does not help, but the truth is that I think I have just been lazy.
